GENERAL POLICY:
Orders are only taken through Instagram DMs and not through emails!DESIGN POLICY:
Although inspo images are encouraged please note that I do not copy other bakers design, this is out of respect for their work! The cake wont be 100% EXACTLY the same, however I can definitely do something similar in my own style 🫶🏼PAYMENT POLICY:
A 50% deposit or full payment is required in order to secure your slot. Payment must be made within 24 hours after the bill has been sent, anything later than this and your slot cannot be guaranteed!PICKUP POLICY:
Please make sure that you are on time to your appointment - once a time is arranged I plan my day around this and therefore may not be able to wait around. If you think you will be late, 1 days notice is required.REFUNDS POLICY:
If you decide to cancel your order 3 days before the arranged pickup date a full refund will be given.CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelling within 3 days before collection, no refund will be given as work will have gone into your order.DATE CHANGE POLICY:
A date change is possible if informers 5 days in advance to avoid inconvenience for both parties.
